- Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase without using premium features.

Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after purchase.
Lack of responses or matches (as results are not guaranteed).
Partial use of premium services.

How to Request a Refund

Include your name, registered contact, and payment receipt.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.
